The law firm of Lum, Drasco & Positan traces its roots to Newark, New Jersey, when the firm of Guild & Lum was founded in 1870. In 1986, the firm moved to its present location in Roseland, a suburb of Newark.

Since its beginnings more than a century ago, the Lum Firm has witnessed and has been a part of major changes in the law and the manner in which it is practiced. Throughout its history, the firm has remained focused on the dynamic needs of the New Jersey business community that now, more than ever, demands and indeed requires specialized legal advice, exceptional lawyering and efficient solutions to emergent issues.
