KEVIN MURPHY provides advice to a wide range of individuals and their businesses to minimize taxes.  He has more than thirty-five years of experience in tax planning, fiduciary counseling, estate and trust administration, fiduciary litigation, planning for family held businesses, the selection and formation of business entities, elder law, guardianships, employee benefits, executive compensation, the representation of family foundations and other nonprofit organizations.

His estate planning practice emphasizes integrated income, estate, gift and charitable tax planning. His vast experience with executive compensation has allowed Kevin to become knowledgeable regarding the tax consequences of nonqualified executive compensation arrangements and distributions from tax-qualified arrangements.

He has been listed from 2012 through 2021 as a New Jersey Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters which is published in New Jersey Monthly Magazine.  He has also been awarded a rating of AV Preeminent, the highest possible rating, by the peer review rating process of Martindale-Hubbell.
